We’re Kartika and Saran, a husband and wife team who built The Maple Stays with a commitment to serving both sides of hospitality equally. For guests, that means creating exceptional experiences. For owners, that means protecting their investment, treating their property with care and managing it as if it were our own.

What began as a passion for hosting quickly became a mission to raise the standard of vacation rental management. We’ve handled late-night guest requests, coordinated emergency maintenance, worked alongside cleaners, welcomed families celebrating special occasions and solved countless challenges behind the scenes.

Through it all, one thing has remained constant: our belief that hospitality is deeply personal. We don’t see properties as listings. We see them as places where families reconnect, friends gather, milestones are celebrated and memories are made.

Today, The Maple Stays continues to grow but our approach remains the same. We stay hands-on, involved and committed to delivering the kind of hospitality that guests remember and the kind of partnership owners can trust. Because every door that opens to a guest is an opportunity to create a meaningful experience.
