We understand that plans can change. Our cancellation policy is designed to be fair to both our guests and property owners.
Standard Cancellation Policy
• 30+ days before check-in: Full refund, minus any non-refundable processing fees.
• 14–29 days before check-in: 50% refund of the accommodation amount.
• Less than 14 days before check-in: No refund.
Damage Deposit
Any refundable damage deposit will be returned in full after check-out, provided there is no damage, excessive cleaning, or violation of the house rules.
Date Changes
We will do our best to accommodate changes to your reservation when availability permits. Any rate differences may apply based on the new travel dates.
No-Shows & Early Departures
No refunds will be provided for no-shows, late arrivals, or early departures.
Exceptional Circumstances
In the event of severe weather, government travel restrictions, or other extraordinary circumstances that make travel impossible, we will work with guests on a case-by-case basis to offer a date change or travel credit where appropriate.
